A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for symposium participants at several hotels in Würzburg. Due to the season, only a limited number of rooms are available at each of the hotels. We therefore strongly urge you to book your hotel as soon as possible.
To receive rooms at specials rates (between €52 and €210) bookings must be made through the Würzburg Tourism Center (Congress-Tourismus-Wirtschaft) either online (hotels listed with details), by e-mail: hotels@wuerzburg.de, fax: 0049-(0)931-373652 or 'phone: 0049-(0)931-372371, quoting "Symposium" and "ZAE Bayern". Rooms have also been reserved at Hotel Leicht, Biebelried (10 km from university, price: €60-€85). Please make your reservation in this case directly with the hotel - Tel.: 09302-914-0, Fax: 09302-3163. Reservations should be made by 11.07.2007 quoting "Symposium" and "ZAE Bayern".
